First time doing a facial, I told Nour that I was a bit tense so she made me feel relaxed and told me everything she was about to do before doing it so put me at ease. Didn't expect the amount of tools she used but she said my skin needed it so I trusted her. During the days after my facial, my face did go a bit red, blotchy and itchy - I could've either had a reaction or my face just wasn't used to all the tools used. I trusted the process, have had no breakouts since, face is clear and smooth
