They changed my appointment time 3 times the evening before and morning of the appointment and just updated it through Treatwell without calling. Another hairdresser was relentlessly arguing with the receptionist, repeatedly returning to the desk to pick up where she left off. The towel they put around my neck smelt strongly of damp and it was dirty everywhere. I had to cut my own fringe when I got back because it was really lopsided. Karolina was really lovely but no time went into the cut.
