The worst wax. Room was too hot so hot wax wouldn’t set. Beautician had poor technique, and was messy - strip wax dripped everywhere and they didn’t try to or give me the proper oil etc to remove it with. It was incredibly painful. Also 15mins late.

My therapist was lovely and did a great job of my gel pedicure. However, the pedicure chair was very old and worn and the bowl looked heavily stained. They were also using very worn out nail files and buffers which I don’t find hygienic.
