I booked a 'Hydrafacial' and this was not a 'Hydrafacial'. It was just a normal hydrating facial and NOT where they use a machine to suction and extract impurities from the pores and skin. Completely mis-marketed and they obviously just use the name "hydrafacial" to get people to book. The appointment was also over 30 minutes late as they were short staffed but they didn't tell me that beforehand, so I was late to work. Would not recommend
