Unfortunately I was covered in water during the hair wash as it went all down my back. The towel that I had around my neck was so incredibly musty / smelt of damp that I had to ask for a different one. Really bad haircut for curly or wavy hair - came out looking like a block triangle. We spoke about doing layers and then none were put in. When I mentioned this at the end I just had a few hacked in. This was my second attempt and I will not be going back

Painful, never ending experience. I’ve had my lashes lifted about 25 times so I knew what to expect. I had to ask her to stop after she put the product on my lashe for the 6th time, and my eyelids were on fire. She was rough! Result - straight lashes

They were half an hour late for the appointment and i’m not sure how my nails survived the nail tech scraping shellac off of them instead of filing it off… No proper equipment and sanitation. Just pay a bit more and get a better experience.
