I booked a deep tissue Swedish massage but was moved to the spa where I did not receive a Swedish massage. This was very disappointing. I did not come prepared as I was not told what this massage would fully entail and was left stood topless in a soaking wet thong. I was not offered alternative underwear and was told to bring a costume at too late notice. I was massaged on a hard tiled surface which was very uncomfortable.
