Every time I book with Sou, I get fobbed off with some other member of staff. This time I was burned several times with the hairdryer and straighteners, including on my face. Sou hires cheap staff who don't speak English. Won't be going back.

Sou is always very professional and kind she takes care of me very well I wouldn't go anywhere else.
I have a disability and she always makes reasonable adjustments for me.
