I’ve had an amazing experience at Balanced Beauty London in Chiswick, this is definitely my new lash salon now. Very warm, calm and friendly atmosphere, super informative and my eyelash extensions look amazing, natural and exactly how I wanted them.
We had a detailed consultation before starting the treatment where I had the opportunity to discuss my desired lash look and ask questions that were answered by a true professional.
It was pretty easy to get to the salon, with Barnes Bridge station and Chiswick station nearby. I came by train, but I was informed beforehand that there’s also free parking available.
My lash extensions look the same after more than 2 weeks, so the retention is amazing. I’ve also received an aftercare kit as a gift which was a great touch to finish an amazing experience.
