I enjoyed my facial but didn’t think it was the best I’ve had and for the price. I wouldn’t go there again as I didn’t feel that they wanted to be doing what they were doing and it was quite rushed.

Please be aware that if you want the therapist you have chosen you need to PHONE beforehand. Otherwise you will get someone random.
Jenni is the best at massage, remember to tip her!
Room is basic, this is not a spa. You get a massage, but no ambient music. 10/10 for the massage thank you

Make sure that you book with venue directly because it seems that booking via this app is not connected to their internal booking system so you will not get the therapist that you booked. Also showers are not in operationso if you have a scrub treatment then hot towels will be used to remove the residue. I won't be rushing back anytime soon. But if I do I will call to ensure that I get the therapist I want.

The venue itself is nothing special but the massage was amazing. I got tailored customer service and that alone is worth five stars, but the massage was brilliant. Really de-stressing. Fab after a long week.
