Great customer service! I turned up very late because I went to the wrong place and they only had a short time to do my service before the next person arrived! They did the best they could and apologised when I was the one late! Very nice and accommodating - would come again!

Lovely and attentive therapist in this salon specialising in Chinese medicine. Short but veryefficient treatment and directly next to the tube!

Although staff was very friendly, it started a little bit wrong because they couldn't find my booking (and it was pre-paid!). After a while, they found my booking and was helped by someone extremely fast, which did my nails in 10mins! The nails are not bad given that they were painted at lightning speed! I am not sure I would come back to this, as it is not really a manicure place, it is more geared towards wellness (massages etc.).

Spot-on facial for problem areas, very friendly therapist, and extremely handy location as the salon only one minute from South Ken station - very happy.

Clean conveniently located and good service. The only thing was I thought this was an acid peel. I'm not sure what it was - it tingled. The aesthetician needs to describe what she's doing and putting in you face.
