Experience at the beginning was lovely. Staff were welcoming, they were ready for me on time and the staff were really knowledgeable and professional.
The place was a little shabby, but i wasn't to fussed about that.
When the treatment was over however, the first staff member had gone and i had another lady, who although was nice. I got the impression she was just trying to get a job done rather than make sure i was comfortable and happy.
The wrap was nice, not sure i lost any inches, but i rarely get a chance to lay down wrapped up for an hour so i enjoyed the calmness of it.
