Very friendly staff and relaxing ambience in the massage room. However, we were not given/asked about our choice of massage, as per what the booking details describes, which was quite disappointing.

Really wonderful massage! A little confusion before as they called 20mins before the treatment saying that the time was no longer convenient. The massage itself was brilliant though! They would benefit from enforcing a silent rule for the staircase though as it was a little off putting waking up to someone talking just as I got into relaxation mode! All in all worth it though for a great massage.

I'm in my second pregnancy, I had bad back pain during my last and had various pregnancy massages - which weren't great - so I was sceptical about booking another but I'm glad I did. Roberta was fantastic, she applied the right pressure and was really lovely. I will be going back again, for a course of 5 I think!
