Massage was ok, deep and just what I needed. the only issue i had was that they changed my appointment time to 30 mins later, but I missed the email as I was on my way. my appointment until didn't start 15 mins later after those extra 30 mins. so I basically had to sit down and wait for 45 mins in total.
