Sleek, clean facilities and great massage, just the right amount of pressure.
Soundproofing is not excellent (common in London), I could occasionally hear people talking in the corridor. They could consider offering earplugs.
Also quite cold in the treatment room! The therapist did turn off the air con while I was in there, but by that stage it had obviously been on for a while prior to my arrival, so the room stayed pretty cold. It is always better for the room to be too hot than too cold!

I loved the masseuse, she was friendly, knowledgable and had right level of chat during the massage. The massage was great, right amount of pressure and great kneading of the knotty muscles. Would go again.
