It's an interesting one - if I'd booked a relaxing massage I'd have given this 4 stars. But it was meant to be deep tissue and I feel I spent £80 getting a deep moisturisation rather than massage. Therapist was checking her phone on the massage table during the treatment and its quite loud (can hear upstairs). No staff around and pretty uninviting. Now the ambience was lovely, again, as I said - for a deep tissue not what I was expecting but if you want to be slathered with moisturiser and pay £80 for it - go ahead.
