Nice pleasant place, location was convenient. Introductions were friendly. The treatment room was the right mood, but the music was a downer. Contemporary classics without lyrics made me think of funeral music. I prefer 'chill' music or mediation music. Andrea gave consistent medium pressure, was aware of areas of focus and made sure to work with those carefully. I'd definitely go back.

They haven’t even done my massage.They contacted me to told me that the time wasn’t available, the same day 3 hours before.I’m still waiting for an answer from them to give me my money back.

I can only recommend Balance Massage and Wellness, every time I come here for a sports massage has been a very good treatment experience. Staff are friendly, the atmosphere is relaxing and the treatment always helps my back feel better.
