I am a second generation Ayurvedic practitioner and practice traditional abhyanga. My clients report wonderful results in their health following treatments. Ayurvedic massages are transformative, uplifting and delivered with the intention of healing and restoring balance. They are personalised based on an evaluation of health and wellbeing needs.
This is a safe, inclusive practice. A beautiful, bright, airy and tranquil treatment space conveniently centrally located just off London Road in Brighton. Please note that although this is an LGBTQIA+ specialist centre. I welcome people from all communities to enjoy treatments here - as long as they are allies and respectful of everyone in our building. Step-free access is available - please contact me before booking and I will be happy to help arrange this.
n.b. Please note that the massages are not suitable for pregnant women, or women who are on the first three days of their period.
