Very good wax. Not professional service - was waiting 10 minutes for my appointment (mid afternoon) so she could finish eating. Therapist was eating mc Donald's in room and didn't acknowledge me when I arrived as she was so engrossed in conversation on the phone. Kept phone on during appointment. Very good wax and cheap for central London so it depends on if you want red carpet service.

The treatment was great, salon well kept. The only thing to improve would be the chattiness of the staff, whilst friendly there were long periods of silence. I understand concentration is necessary but so is distraction when it comes to ripping out your hair...
