I informed the staff that I wanted my brows to be kept as full as possible and she confirmed that she will simply tidy around but in the end, she had shaped them thinner than necessary so I am having to grow them out.

For a cleanasing facial, I would have personally prefered the lady to be more persistant removing black heads l, as she was no more than 5 mins doing it. Must say the massage after that was AMAZING.
