Treatment started 20 mins late due to previous customers turning up late... annoying because I was there on my lunch break with no time to kill, but the beautician carrying out the wax was lovely and it was the most pain free I'd ever had, but extremely quick (so thank you)! I come here regularly and will keep doing so.
