Extremely painful wax! The therapist didn't pull the hot strips quickly enough and had to go over every area 3-4 times. Wax didn't seem to be fully set when she was ripping it off meaning it was very sticky and ineffective. Huge areas done at once and the skin not pulled tight. When I said something to the therapist she said she'd been waxing for 10 years and had never had a problem. I have been waxed for 10 years and this was by far the most painful experience! She also opened the door on the middle of the treatment and didn't cover me up. At least the damp stains on the ceiling gave me something to take my mind off the pain!! I won't be returning :(
