I have been a customer for about 5 years & always more than satisfied when I visit for my appointments which is why I always return.
However I was disappointed with the service I received this weekends eyebrow threading. After I explained my desired look and threading commenced, I was horrified when I felt scissors to my eyebrow hairs.
I do not mind the therapist suggesting options so I can politely decline but having been very clear from the start, I was horrified she felt it ok to do that. (This was not something she suggested at the beginning)
Please note; to some customers it may be a desired look- But that doesn’t go for every customer.
Please just ask for permission.

Unfortunately I won't be returning for a manicure here. The lady who did the treatment barely said two words to me, and the polish started peeling from the cuticles after less than a week. Also the lighting the the room, given that it was in a basement, was really artificial, meaning that the colour I chose looked completely different in the daylight. Sorry but overall it was pretty poor.
