the beauty therapist kept telling me to not worry because I would be fine, but I actually came home to find a huge bruise in the pelvic area and the skin was red and swallen for 4 days after the treatment. I expected better quality from treatwell top rated venues! I will not come back

great technician, she made me feel comfortable by explaining the process and she did a great job. The ambience was ok but nor incredible and it's fairly expensive. I went for a trustworthy brand the first time but it was more pricy than places nearer to my home that I've just never been in before. I'll probably branch out to one of those next.

Was just ok. Could hear the goings on in the hair salon above so pumping pop music so loud that she had to turn up the massage musix do loud it was impossible to relax. Won't be going there again. She was late and the person collecting details outside was kind of rude.
