Even though I had a confirmation email for my booking, the therapist insisted on the fact that she couldn’t see my booking within the system. She finally agreed to do it anyway; the machine was not functioning properly so it took more time. Also, the treatment was rushed and only four days after my gel manicure, I can already see air bubbles and I can peel it off. I had to rebook an appointment for tomorrow but I will definitely not coming back.
