The wax was good, she definitely did the job efficiently but the service was pretty abrupt and the wax was more functional than friendly. So quick it all felt pretty brutal, I never want to extend the process but this was a little too efficient.

The lay that did it was a new one. Never got it before with her and she did not pay attention to detail and didn’t care when I told her to do the patches smaller. If it’s not Bhumika I won’t be doing it again there

This is a no-frills, bog standard manicure experience but the staff are professional and friendly. Always available, always on-time and great selection of colors. It’s clean enough, spacious enough (for London) and they’re fast. Perfect for a last-minute pre-holiday fix or mid-week treat.
