No frills and quick for the back neck and shoulders, which I expected. However, for the price, I expected both better service and more attention to detail. I had to ask multiple times for more pressure (though to be fair I like a lot). There was also no chair - I was instead lying on a table and it was a more traditional Swedish massage, which was not what I wanted. It was still quick and helpful but not worth the price for me.
