She kept missing pretty obvious hairs! So I had to keep checking but the lighting was bad so it was hard to see so I left not quite sure the hair had been removed!

When I arrived the masseuse did not introduce herself and it became apparent pretty quickly that her English was basic. She tried to explain that the speaker did not work and so she would play some relaxing music from her phone instead which was not great quality and not what I'd expect from Toni & Guy.
I went into the massage feeling uncomfortable and throughout the process she applied too much pressure.
At the end I was given some forms to sign asking if I was pregnant, taking any medication etc - surely these forms were meant to be signed BEFORE the massage started?
Not impressed and definitely a waste of £40.
