Waxed the front and back well but the lady missed a strip of hair down the inside and outside of each leg- which i didnt notice until i got home. annoying as had to then go and epilate these parts myself. Full leg wax apparently takes 30 mins but i was in and out in 15 - probably why some hairs were missed.

Room was dirty, no pre wax cream or talc powder was offered or applied before hot wax. Rushed in 5 minutes. Wax remnant left on skin. Wax itself was ok but hair still left in places.
