The actual wax itself was pretty good. Quick, painful but manageable, and overall satisfied. The only thing i would say is the lady wasnt very friendly. She made zero conversation and didnt introduce herself - would have been 20mins of silence had i not nervously chatted away. Customer service was not great and it would have definitely put me more at ease.

I had recently complained about this service, but haven't heard back yet. In short, I had booked an hour and 15 minute massage, but the massage only lasted 50 minutes. She offered to do a number of other treatments to fill the time, but I didn't need a manicure/pedicure etc. I've requested to get the money back from the 1/3 of the massage that never happened and am still waiting to hear back. I would not book here again.
Also, the massage studio is in the basement of the hair salon, so it was difficult to create a relaxing atmosphere when there were hair dryers/music/TV in the background.
