Im not sure that they changed the staff who do waxing. Very painful and look like she dont want to do the wax. if im not asked for the oil treatment after wax , she wouldnt do it for me. And the way she put the oil, is directly put oil on my skin. It should be put the oil on pad first and then use that pad clean the skin.

I regularly come here for a Hollywood Wax and normally have the same lady who is amazing. But in this instance I had a different lady who I have not seen before and I didn't particularly like the way she waxed me. 1. She would let the wax drag from the pot to me which left lines of wax across my legs. There weren't masses of it, but she didn't remove them and I had to do so. 2. She would wax really large sections which meant that when she pulled half of it would come off and then she would have to pull again to get the whole wax off which was quite painful when waxing should be done in one quick swift movement. I'm not sure if I would want to return again in fear that I might have her.
