I had recently complained about this service, but haven't heard back yet. In short, I had booked an hour and 15 minute massage, but the massage only lasted 50 minutes. She offered to do a number of other treatments to fill the time, but I didn't need a manicure/pedicure etc. I've requested to get the money back from the 1/3 of the massage that never happened and am still waiting to hear back. I would not book here again. Also, the massage studio is in the basement of the hair salon, so it was difficult to create a relaxing atmosphere when there were hair dryers/music/TV in the background.
