Overall the experience and the waxing were good.
However, the welcome in the shop was very "poor". Also, even though the lady was very kind and gentle, she never talked for the entire waxing (while I think the interaction with the client is quite an important part.).
Also, the waxing itself was done quite approximately and after the treatment I still got some hair around. However the waxing wasn't painful at all.
