The therapist was a nice lady but she shouldn’t do nail. My gel polish wasn’t removed completely, there was still some gel left in the corner and near cuticle. When it came to the classic OPI polish, I chose a nude colour and it was painted unevenly and missing corners. I asked her to removed and put a shiny coat instead. However, It also showed her other mistake. My nail was buffed too rough so they showed horizontal ridges through the shine coat. Shape was uneven so I had to file them again

Baker Street Beauty is inside the Berkeley Court Pharmacy. This is one of the best place in Baker Street and regular place. Good location. Staffs are very professional, quick, efficient and must less painful than other places I've been! Highly recommend!
