I got unruly curl with my lushes even I explained my requests well before treatment. After treatment I realized unruly shape of lushes and told staff however she just suggested to calm lushes with serum which was not be help and she just left me.

Not great, was v rushed because they were running late. No apology and just unfortunate as her threading technique was good overall but the work was patchy because of the circumstances. Wouldn’t go back.
