I was 4 minutes late to this appointment & saw the thearpist leading another customer into the treatment room!
While I was offered another appointment I was unable to make this and asked for a refund.
It was agreed I could have a refund.
Very surprised to be charged for the treatment as they had agreed a refund.
Probably won't go there again.
