Kan was unprofessional and left me with bruises all over my body. She left my room a few times to talk to staff outside door. The time was not made up at the end. It’s not relaxing when the massage keeps stopping so Kan can talk outside door and sometimes shouting from room.

Booked 90mins with Kan for a friend. She left the room multiple times and was talking loudly to staff outside door. The massage kept stopping because of this. She even used the excuse of getting the hot stone but she was talking outside the door for long time. The time was not made up, my friend didn’t get 90mins. The same thing happened to me but I didn’t write a review as I thought it was a one off thing but she is doing this in every massage and I have to leave a review now. Left in bruises

Kan rushed the massage, did it half heartedly and I didn’t get my full time that I paid for. She left the room 3 times to talk to other customers / phone etc and she admitted to this. When she returned she just moved on to another area of the body without finishing. The massage was stop start because of this. This time was not made up at the end. I left with the same pain and knots that I came in for!
