Fah was expected to be the receptionist while doing my treatment. She was using her mobile while massaging me during the first 5 minutes.
The ‘treatment room’ I was in is just a curtain round a bed in the reception. Being told to remove clothing but leave underwear on in front of a female client seated 2 foot away was embarrassing.
No advice before or after treatment.
Staff told my fiancée, when she bought the voucher, that they hadn’t eaten all day!
