Baiba was kind and attentive. I struggle to relax but her attention to detail and gentle reminders throughout quickly overcame that and the whole experience was wonderful. She put a soft pillow under my head and a lavender pack on my forehead whilst she was doing the reflexology - details to comfort I haven’t come across anywhere else. Nothing was rushed, she even ran over a little rather than cut corners. Thank you Baiba!
