I felt that the hairdresser didn't do exactly as I asked, and she insisted otherwise when given this feedback. The cut itself is ok but I didn't feel listened to and I left the salon unhappy with both my cut and overall experience.

The strip lashes were applied with a gap between my lashes and the false ones, and glue on my lids. Looked bad so I took them off straight away and did myself.
I wanted a curly blow dry for the volume but instead they dried my hair straight and curled it with straighteners which isn’t the same.
Didn’t have my eyebrows threaded as they said it was gel nails or toes, instead of what was advertised so I had both done instead.
Nice employees but not as advertised and poor quality service
