I studied to be a Level 3 Sports Massage and Myofascial Cupping Therapist to broaden my knowledge and understanding of injury prevention, maintenance, optimal performance and to promote better mental and physical wellbeing for daily life. With over 20 years competitive and performance sporting experience - including Swimming, Dance and Boxing, I am also currently studying to gain more qualifications as a fitness trainer. Soon to be offering personal training sessions alongside massage.
