Baglioni spa is a dream come true for me. It is exceptional from the moment you walk in, the service is perfect.
I have had massages there on numerous occasions now and I always leave feeling like a Queen lol I love the spa you can use before and after your treatment. The fact that it is just for you is wonderful. You can fully relax, listen to your music and just leave your troubles behind you.
The massage was amazing. All the tension just drifted away.

The massage at the spa was lovely. However the facilities themselves were in dire need of an update. The steam room was tepid at best and the paint was falling off the walls everywhere. There was also discarded rubbish in the lockers. Would not go back.
