This was my first time trying a microneedling facial and Nelo made me immediately feel super comfortable. She talked me through the whole process and made sure I was happy with everything she was doing. It's too early to see the results of the facial, but I'm super happy with my experience ☺️

Nelo was lovely. Very welcoming and reassuring. Made me feel at ease. Talked me through each step, advised after care and gave information on products. Can’t fault her at all. The facial was really nice, the extraction part was a little painful, which Nelo advised me off and she checked in to see if I wanted her to stop. Was a really relaxing experience. Lovely tropic products used. Skin feels so smooth now and clear. Would recommend

Felt really comfortable with Natalie. And she was talking me through what the procedure was doing to my skin. And why I have to leave it 5 to 6 weeks in-between each sessions before I can have it done again. So glad I found the right place and the perfect lady to remove my old tattoo on my eyebrows.and to start a fresh with eyebrows strokes and the rest of my brow will be a powder. I can not wait to see the end results
