Once again Natalie was fantastic having followed her aftercare advice my ombré brows hardly needed a touch up. Natalie is so passionate about what she does and it shows in every way. She ensured that I was happy by continuously checking in with me and explaining each step of the process. She even makes her own eyebrow balm that helps with healing (it’s vegan and I adore this). I’m certain that my eyebrows will heal in no time and I’ll continue to cause some serious brow envy (sorry not sorry).
