I’m really nervous about going to anywhere beauty related but the moment I walked through the door I felt comfortable. Very thorough in terms of coronavirus precautions, welcoming, friendly atmosphere.
The therapist Bianca was very attentive and made sure she knew what I wanted. She was also kind and chatty and put me at ease. I am definitely going to be back!

Think I’ve bored everyone I know going on about my brows since I went a few days ago. Literally so so happy with them. I’m always really nervous going somewhere new and after a previous bad experience elsewhere I was worried what my brows would be like but Natalie talked me through the brow mapping and made a plan. So happy to get my brows back to a before lockdown state!
Really excited about going back, would 100% recommend. Natalie is so nice and so knowledgable and really put me at ease.
