Tessa ruined my son hair, the curls were not curled properly they were lose and some hair was straight. She disappeared somewhere toward the end of his hair treatment and didn't come back.
Gareth did my nephews curls and he did a brilliant job. He tried to reassure us that he will fix my son hair and said come back tomorrow but we refused as we knew the curls wouldn't all come out .
Tessa needs to get proper training.
