When I arrived for my 8:30am appointment the salon was closed. The hair stylist text me informing me he would be ten minutes late due to traffic. He arrived at 8:50, I was stood in the rain for 20 minutes. We started the treatment almost immediately which was great! The foil application was quick and he decided to stagger the rinsing so the processing time was equal. Getting my hair washed was very rough, lots of tugging on my fragile hair. The haircut and blow dry were good and good results.
