The service was terrible! I was told to sit in a chair to wait. Noone took my coat or offered a water just carried on what they were doing. My hairdresser was on the phone, while another worker just stood staring at me. Salim finished his call,then instead of greeting me or beginning the service (which was now late) he started making another call!! Extremely rude. And dreadful for a top price hairdresser. I walked out as that is not acceptable for that price I emailed to explain, and no reply!
