Very happy with my colour, cut and blow-dry. I always feel relaxed and at home whilst having my hair done by Kelly. Kelly was running late for my appointment, but when she explained a client earlier that morning had forgotten to book a cut at the end of her colour, I didn't mind as it was beyond her control and also nice that Kelly could accommodate that client too which is the personal touch you get from the staff at Back to my Roots and why I keep going back to get my hair done.
