Make sure price agreed over the phone in details as length of hair has to be clear as website was not clear.
Staff must make it absolutely clear about prices BEFORE starting treatment not halfway.
All went smoothly and Happy with my hair colour
I was pleasantly surprised by my experience at back to my roots. I had booked a last minute appointment as I was going out that night, and I half expected to be rushed as Saturday is quite a busy day but I really couldn't fault the service, Staff were really friendly and didn't rush. Made lots of conversation and most of all I loved my cut and blow dry!!! It actually lasted all weekend and I received numerous compliments.
Prices are really reasonable too and very professional standards
Without a doubt I will be back to get my hair done
