For the first time having it it wasn’t as painful as I thought I came with my sister who was waiting in the waiting room and she questioned why I didn’t scream out loud, the lady who was doing was lovely and was asking subtle questions to take my mind off of the pain and the ambient music was very calming definitely coming again and making someone join me
