My pedicure was a mother’s day gift from my son and daughter in law which was arranged by them. When I arrived I thought the temperature was a little cool. Otherwise the salon was clean and welcoming. The lady who did my pedicure was very friendly and made me totally comfortable. I would recommend this salon to all my family and friends.

On arrival the lady at reception was taking a personal call, did not smile or say hello but pointed me into a treatment room. I then asked to use the toilet and she pointed to that. There was no handle on the bathroom door and the hand dryer wasn't working. This was then the person doing my treatment. I explained I had not had this type of wax before and asked if she could talk me through it. She didn't and manouvered my legs around as she needed. At no point was she in any way personable and the only small talk was her complaining about a customer who has missed an appointment the week before. The only time she smiled was when I payed and told me to have a good day. There is no chance I would go back to this salon for any treatment
